Hoodles Playbarn Booking Terms and Conditions!

The following terms and conditions cover all Bookings for Playbarn, Themed and Private Parties, Outings and Reserved Tables whether booked online, by telephone or in person.

A booking deposit is payable when the booking is first made. This will vary according to the type of party, outing or table booked and the number of children attending.

The booking deposit is non-refundable however should you need to change the booking for any reason Hoodles will do their best to accommodate the change providing there is suitable availability. Changes can only be made by telephone or in person at our reception.

All optional extras must be booked at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability

The full cost of the booking and optional extras, less deposit must be paid on the day of the booking

A list giving full names of all children attending must be completed prior to the party or outing starting. Any children being collected after the party by a parent or guardian not at the party must be identified and have a contact telephone against their name
